Position Summary
As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be a valued member of the Loan Servicing team, responsible for processing a variety of mortgage loan servicing requests. Your focus is on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness while supporting the Loan Servicing Department.
Responsibilities
The starting base pay range for this position is $28/hour. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Responsibilities
- Process miscellaneous maintenance transactions.
- Work directly with the sub-servicer, LoanCare, to ensure effective Loan Servicing oversight.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries.
- Research and resolve internal and external customer issues promptly.
- Answer telephone calls from internal and external customers.
- Evaluating insurance reports from external tracking vendor to ensure compliance with company policy and accuracy of data being reported.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent work-related experience.
- 3 years of experience in a financial services role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and maintain a high-volume work environment.
