Position Summary
This role reports to the Client Administration Manager and is primarily responsible for processing broker and non-delegated correspondent applications, managing agency sponsorships, handling annual recertifications, and providing additional administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
The starting base pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Position Summary
This role reports to the Client Administration Manager and is primarily responsible for processing broker and non-delegated correspondent applications, managing agency sponsorships, handling annual recertifications, and providing additional administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Process new broker and non-delegated correspondent applications via Comergence
- Process annual recertifications via Comergence
- New broker setup in broker administration portal
- Assist with responding to Client Admin support requests through ticketing system
- Review and processing of Comergence Daily Due Diligence Alerts
- Responsible for maintaining accurate broker records in Comergence & Broker Portal
- Assist with Veterans Affairs, FNMA and FHA TPO sponsorships
- Responsible for Broker Approval Document Maintenance
- Miscellaneous Administrative Support: Ordering checks, shipping documents, obtaining signatures, etc.
- 2 years of prior broker approval, counterparty risk/TPO oversight experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Comergence preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to meet department efficiency and performance standards.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
