Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by conducting comprehensive assessments, supervising behavioral therapy sessions, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Duties

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing assessments.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians in delivering high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including home-based environments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and provide training on behavioral techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and regulatory adherence.
• Participate in intake assessments and conduct behavioral health evaluations for new clients to establish appropriate treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and functional assessment techniques.
• Proven experience in data collection, medical documentation, patient assessment, and behavioral health interventions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
• Previous home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
