What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Therapist for Teens, Young Adults, and Families position at Kincove?
Kincove Adolescent Therapy & Wellness is seeking a part-time therapist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with teens, young adults, and families in a warm, collaborative, and developmentally informed practice setting.
The therapist will provide individual therapy, group therapy, and/or family therapy depending on clinical fit and experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a consistent caseload, completing clinical documentation in a timely manner, participating in consultation as needed, and communicating thoughtfully with parents, referral sources, and the Kincove team when clinically appropriate.
We are looking for a clinician who is relational, grounded, and comfortable working with adolescents and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity development, family conflict, school stress, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Experience with teens and parent work is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or associate-level therapist in California
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and/or families
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Warm, collaborative, and professional presence
- Interest in being part of a growing group practice
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow to full time within the practice.
Pay
Varies Upon Licensure Status
Therapy Hour : $65 for associates $80 for Licensed therapists
Admin Hour (notes, supervision, etc): $40 per admin hour
Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
