Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to eliminate dirt and allergens
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling protocols to promote environmental responsibility
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any damages or safety hazards promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting issues clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
