Job Overview
Shift runs from Thursday to Saturday (3 days week) 8:30am-10:45am. During Holidays start time maybe as early as 6:00 am. Please ensure the schedule is a good fit for you.
Job Summary
CleanCore Janitorial is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Cleaning Technician to perform morning cleaning services in a retail environment. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable space before and during early operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop or machine scrub floor areas to maintain a clean appearance
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures)
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the building
- Clean fitting rooms or similar areas, ensuring floors and surfaces are tidy and debris-free
- Spot clean glass, mirrors, and entryways
- Wipe down high-touch surfaces and visible areas as needed
- Maintain overall cleanliness to company and client standards during shift
- Follow assigned cleaning checklist to ensure all scope items are completed
- Report any issues, damages, or supply needs to the Site Manager
- Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, walking)
Work Environment
- Retail store environment
- Morning shift while location may be opening or lightly active
- Fast-paced, routine-based cleaning
