About the Role
Whitegate Mechanical is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to support our growing portfolio of new-construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and large-scale residential construction. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who can manage high-quality plumbing installations while maintaining safety, productivity, code compliance and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Install and oversee underground, rough-in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and plumbing fixture systems.
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and submittals.
Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, general contractors and other trades.
Identify field issues early and assist with practical solutions.
Support inspections, testing, commissioning and project closeout.
Requirements
Active Master Plumber licence in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or another relevant Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.
Proven multifamily or large-scale new-construction experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials and installation methods.
Ability to lead crews and maintain project quality and productivity.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.
