Interior Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and strong Revit skills to join our multi-disciplinary studio.
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor’s degree from a professional Interior Design or Interior Architecture institution
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Ability to reliably commute to our Annapolis office, or willing to relocate
Qualifications: Desired
2 years of experience
Knowledge of furniture and architectural finishes, including documenting specifications and procurement.
Experience with FF&E in residential or commercial settings.

A Day in the Life
Tasks
Manages projects’ schedules, timelines, drawings, material selections, budget, and client presentations
Leads FF&E selections and interior architecture detailing that includes drawing out initial millwork details and elevations within AutoCAD/ Revit
Reviews and redlines permit and construction documents
Occasionally travels for client meetings and installations
Communication
Communicates directly with clients to understand their vision, timeline, and budget
Presents and implements proposed designs
Develops relations with outside representatives, contractors, and fabricators
Participates and contributes new ideas to team meetings that include our landscape and architecture designers
Communicates effectively and respectfully with team members
