This role will oversee large, multi-discipline construction operations, manage sizable craft workforces, and partner closely with project management to drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.The General Superintendent will play a critical role in planning, execution, and workforce leadership on high-profile projects, including large vertical structures, sump areas, and data centerrelated construction.RequirementsExperience:10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with demonstrated success on large, complex construction projectsHeavy Industrial construction experience requiredTechnical & Project Experience:Large vertical construction and table top workLarge sump area constructionData center construction experience, including duct bank installationExperience managing large crews (hundreds of craft professionals)Commercial construction experience is a plusWillingness and ability to travel or work project-based assignments, per diem providedLeadership & Skills:Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple superintendents and field teamsStrong knowledge of construction means and methodsExcellent safety leadership and planning capabilitiesWillingness and ability to travel or work project-based assignmentsBenefitsBase Salary: $125,000 $150,000 (commensurate with experience)Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses with a strong incentive structureVehicle Allowance: $850 $950 per monthRetirement: 401(k) planHealth Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (BCBS); MetLife dental and visionTime Off: 4 weeks of vacationAdditional benefits consistent with a senior leadership role
