Kimley-Horn is looking for a CAD Drafter Intern to join our Traffic Operations team in Lake Nona, Florida (FL)! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- This role supports the transportation team through the production of traffic signal plans and related design documents using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads.
- Interns will learn one or more software programs specific to their disciplines
- Interns will development familiarity with Kimley-Horn's practices, procedures, and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be enrolled in a technical degree focused on CAD drafting
- Detail oriented and professional attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work with a team
- Basic working knowledge with AutoCAD
