Job Summary
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Schedular, who is also a licensed STNA, to join our team at Kimes Nursing and Rehab. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing staffing needs and ensuring that we have the right talent in place to deliver exceptional care. Your contributions will directly have an impact on our mission of putting people first in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing schedules to meet the needs of the facility and ensure adequate coverage.
- Utilize electronic scheduling platform
- Develop relationships with current and potential employees and maintain a talent pipeline through campus recruitment.
- Assist in covering openings on the floor as necessary
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and address any challenges.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding staffing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator/Schedular or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- STNA License
- Call shift rotation and strong attendance is a requirement
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic staffing tools is preferred.
