Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Manage daily schedule adjustments and staffing needs, including call-offs and shift coverage
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding schedule changes and open shifts
Assist with maintaining staffing records, attendance, and scheduling reports
Collaborate with nursing leadership to support staffing goals and regulatory compliance
Help onboard new employees by coordinating orientation schedules
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Perform administrative and clerical duties related to staffing and scheduling
Support a positive and collaborative work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare office experience preferred
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare is strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
