Position: Parking Lot Attendant
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Shift: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends) 3PM-11:30PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Summary

Parking Attendants (PAs) are responsible for supporting safe and efficient traffic flow in designated parking areas. This is a fully outdoor position, with coverage provided to protect from direct sunlight. Associates will help guide vehicles, monitor parking activity, and redirect unauthorized vehicles away from the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage traffic flow and assist with vehicle direction during high-volume periods.

• Assist tractor-trailer drivers as they enter and exit the facility by monitoring traffic on the main street.

• Monitor the parking lot to identify unauthorized vehicles.

• Politely redirect vehicles that do not have permission to park on company premises.

• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and security as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns or incidents promptly.

• Support the Front Office Administrator by directing carriers to the front lobby.

• Assist with general tasks such as moving, carrying, and loading packages, and opening doors for visitors.

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work outdoors for the duration of the shift.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
