Essential Responsibilities
- Review employee attendance calls and emails and notify appropriate managers of attendance updates.
- Send candidate regret letters and maintain applicant information in the HR database.
- Review resumes for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
- Process background check requests by entering applicant information into the HR system.
- Complete employment verification requests.
- Distribute monthly employee service award pins through interoffice mail.
- Scan, file, and maintain HR documents and personnel records.
- Perform general HR administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
