Bilingual EHS Safety Coordinator
Join a growing food production facility in Carson, CA.
We are hiring a Bilingual EHS Safety Coordinator to support our Environmental, Health & Safety team at our Carson facility. This role partners closely with operations leadership to strengthen safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily EHS initiatives and compliance programs
Track and analyze safety data and maintain OSHA logs & SDS
Conduct GEMBA walks, safety observations, and training programs
Manage workers’ compensation cases and coordinate with clinics & TPAs
Facilitate Plant Safety Committee meetings
Respond to workplace medical emergencies and oversee PPE programs
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED Bilingual in Spanish & English
3 years of industrial safety experience or Associate degree in EHS
ASP Certification required
First Aid, CPR/AED & Bloodborne Pathogens certifications
Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Teams skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Flexible to support multiple shifts and weekends
Work Environment
Must be able to move or lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet & high-noise environments
Manufacturing/industrial setting
