Blending Operator
Location: Fullerton, CA
Hours: 5am to 1:30 pm OR 7am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday plus OT as needed.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE

Will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial blending equipment to mix food-grade color batches, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food manufacturing environment, a strong focus on safety and quality control, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:
- Prepare and operate blend batches by weighing and verifying ingredients, load materials into blender and monitor blending cycles and take samples for quality control.
- Adhere to pre-requisite programs such as: sanitation, GMP, traceability, allergens, etc.
- Follow formula instructions and recipes
- Perform minor adjustments on equipment and troubleshoot blending equipment
- Report equipment issues, food safety issues or incidents
- Must have at least 2 years of blending experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Understand and follow all GMP's
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well independently or as part of a team
- Pass prem-employment background and drug test
