Job Title: Mixing Operator
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 1:30pm-10:00pm (Flexibility required, start time can be earlier or later)
Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705
Pay Rate: $18.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to product recipes with precision.
- Follow instructions for various types of dough preparation.
- Pre-stage ingredients and record accurate weights.
- Monitor and log ingredient temperatures to maintain quality.
- Handle and unload dough for the next stages of production.
- Assist with operating mixing equipment efficiently.
- Strictly follow food safety and quality regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
