Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales reports and weekly cash projection reports
- Manage month-end journal entries and prepare supporting worksheets
- Compile monthly financial packages with variance analysis
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Review and file sales tax returns
- Renew business and operating licenses on schedule
- Process customer refunds via ERP system
- Assist with year-end audit preparation
- Support special projects and financial research
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate accounting and general ledger experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
