Inside Sales Support

Location: Carson, CA
Pay: $50,000–$55,000 per year (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Hybrid: Eligible to work remote 2 days per week after completing 3 months.

In this role, you will work in a small team setting and assist the Outside Sales representative with duties involving customer service support, account management and inside sales. This role works closely with the General Manager, one Business Development representative, and two additional Sales Support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth order processing.

• Support customers and team with existing customer accounts

• Assist with quotes, order entry, and follow-ups

• Coordinate orders, shipments, and customer communication

• Maintain accurate records and reports in Excel

• Provide responsive customer service and problem resolution

• Collaborate with operations and internal teams

  Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience

  • Strong Excel skills and analytical ability

  • Solid professional skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred

    • Packaging industry experience

    • Cosmetic industry exposure
