Key Qualifications:
1-5 years of Collections & AR experience
Experience with large big-box retailers preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
Excellent follow-up and communication skills
Ability to resolve disputes efficiently
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
