Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, floors, and storage areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and handling basic food items under supervision.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain an organized workspace.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
