- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product success.
- Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize products.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications.
- Sourcing new materials for use in products/production.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in product management, preferably in the craft or consumer goods industry.
