Job Summary
Kilwins Counter Staff team members are the smiling faces behind the counter. You'll serve guests, prepare our delicious products, and help keep the store looking its best—all while creating a memorable, positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
- Scoop ice cream, cut and wrap fudge, and prepare specialty treats
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Restock displays and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience a plus, but not required
