What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the captain of your shift, leading the team in delivering a magical Kilwins experience! Whether it’s welcoming customers, whipping up mouth-watering waffle cones, or making sure our chocolate cases look perfect, you’ll play a key role in spreading sweetness all day long.
Your Sweet Responsibilities:
- Open or close the store with confidence and a smile
- Lead your team in crafting chocolates, making fudge, and scooping ice cream
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting every guest and sharing the Kilwins story (we’ll teach you all about it!)
- Maintain a clean, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and team members
- Handle sales transactions accurately, restock treats, and set up eye-catching displays
