Responsibilities
- Safely move motorcycles in and out of the building on a daily basis.
- Ensure all motorcycles are accurately tagged with the correct stock numbers.
- Operate a truck and trailer as needed for transporting motorcycles.
- Keep the Dealership, including the delivery vehicles, looking sharp and clean by maintaining the appearance standards of our facilities.
- Handle the meticulous cleaning of customer vehicles to ensure they leave looking their best.
- Stay organized by following and completing daily assigned tasks, while being open to additional requests that come up.
- Be ready to assist with dealership events, including setup and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide support to guest and dealership personnel whenever needed.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and act with a sense of urgency.
- Bring a strong work ethic, self-motivation, high energy, and attention to detail to every task.
This role is essential for maintaining our inventory and ensuring smooth operations at the dealership.
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving or logistics is advantageous. Must be able to load and unload motorcycles safely by yourself.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and customer service orientation to enhance customer interactions
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet Dealership needs
