What You’ll Do
- Professionally handle inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, service requests, and inquiries
- Provide clear communication between customers, field technicians, and office staff
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the system
- Support the daily workflow of the office and assist with light administrative tasks
- Help ensure every customer receives a positive, friendly, and efficient experience
- Participate in end-of-day procedures to ensure smooth operations

- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and energetic personality
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities
- Experience in customer service or office administration (preferred)
- Strong computer and typing skills; experience with scheduling software a plus
- Reliable and able to work the required schedule
