Dispatcher
Professional, commercial service-based company has an opening for a Dispatcher in their Oakwood Village Office. The person filling this position will serve as the primary contact for Customers as well as Field Technicians for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Engineering Services. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist Operations Manager in maintaining scheduling calendar
- Provide timely updates to Customers and Field Technicians
- Intake service calls and create work orders
- completion and resolution of work orders weekly
- Identify and expedite emergencies, reacting quickly under diverse circumstances
- Perform customer callbacks when organizing service/installation schedules and verify customer availability.
- Payroll Auditing weekly
- Scheduling Technicians with customers
- Preparing the On-Call Schedule
- Researching site and customer history
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
- Provide assistance in scheduling travel for Hotels, Airlines etc.
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
-Previous experience in Dispatching and Customer Service
- Experience with Microsoft Office products Excel, Outlook and Word
- Superior telephone skills, attention to detail and highly organized
- A high-energy, positive can-do attitude, comfortable in a team environment
- The ability to handle multiple priorities in fast pace customer service oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills to interface directly with customers, coworkers and Ownership
-Sage 300 Construction Software knowledge is a plus but not required
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
