What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Adminstrator Team Lead position at Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing?
The Contracts Administrator Team Lead reports to the Contracts Coordinator. The Contracts Administrator Team Lead will work to ensure customer requirements are met from the receipt of contracts through the completion of the purchase order. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Contracts Administrators including demand analysis, factory scheduling, document configuration baseline, program status and management of the contract review through contract completion. This positon requires the knowledge and understanding of planning and master scheduling, as well as the importance of accurate data for KMM procurement activities to be able to provide material on time for the production process to meet the customer expectations and schedules. This position requires interaction and communication with KMM's customers, in order to keep them updated on the status of the contracts. The Contract Administrator Team Lead must represent KMM in a professional manner at all times, while exhibiting responsiveness and respectfulness to customers and coworkers.
