We are an employee owned, non DRP collision repair facility. Committed to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Collision Estimating Assistant to support our estimator by coordinating communication between customers, insurance companies and our production team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn the collision repair industry while helping customers navigate the repair process with confidence
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Collision Estimator with daily administrative and estimating tasks
· Check in customers and explain the repair process
· Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing status updates and answering questions
· Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding claims, documentation, supplements, and approvals
· Open and maintain repair orders and customer files
· Upload photos, documents, and repair information into management system
· Help ensure repair files are complete and accurate
· Support the estimator in maintaining an efficient workflow
· Go over final paperwork and completed repairs with the customer
· Deliver a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
· Experience in collision repair industry or automotive service preferred but not required
· Valid drivers license
