Extremely busy, since 1981 collision repair facility. We pride ourselves on great customer service, great estimating practices and high profit. We are highly process driven. We believe that the customer comes first, so our facility does not have any DRP’s. We have partnered with 10 area Dealerships and believe in following the OEM recommendations. We are looking for team members who have drive, knowledge, confidence and a customer based mindset.
Responsibilities to include:
- Mapping and Blueprinting of each vehicle at our facility and/or working with estimator that is blueprinting
- Writing a thorough supplement with DFR technician
- Negotiating supplements and repair plans with insurance companies
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
- Striving to reach monthly goals
Job Requirements:
- PA Damage Appraisers License
- CCC One experience required
- High level of customer service skills
- Windows based computer skills
- High level of automotive damage & repair procedures
- Personal integrity, drive and determination
