OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about beauty, color, and helping others express their individual style? Join our dynamic team at KIKO MILANO as a Beauty Advisor, where you’ll inspire customers through expert knowledge, exceptional service, and a genuine love for cosmetics. As a key ambassador of our brand, you’ll help create an engaging, fun, and confident shopping experience for every guest.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by warmly engaging with every visitor and embodying KIKO standards in attitude, appearance, and makeup look.
- Support store performance goals—including customer experience, sales, and key KPIs—through enthusiastic service and strong product knowledge.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products through effective cross-selling and personalized advice.
- Complete all BeKIKO training modules, quizzes, and development activities to stay current on product launches, artistry techniques, and service standards.
- Communicate any store issues or opportunities (e.g., customer trends, stock concerns, housekeeping needs) to management to ensure a seamless experience.
- Depending on store needs, you may be invited to support training as a Beauty Tutor, helping the Store Manager develop team artistry and service skills.
PROCEDURES & STANDARDS EXECUTION
- Uphold all KIKO standards and operational procedures as outlined in the KIKO Store Book.
- Maintain exceptional store image standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation.
- Stay informed on beauty and industry trends to better support customers and elevate the in-store experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail role—beauty or fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of makeup, beauty products, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for helping others feel confident.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Experience applying makeup and conducting product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of skincare routines and application techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18-$21/hr. This range does not include additional compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement programs, or paid time off. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process and/or with an official offer.
