• Manage inventory control and cost management by monitoring food supplies, minimizing waste, and optimizing procurement processes.
• Oversee all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless event execution with exceptional food quality.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operation during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Skills
