Law Enforcement Bid & Contract Specialist

Responsible for identifying opportunities, processing and managing bid proposals, and seeing the order process through its entirety. Detail-oriented professional with experience in legal administrative support and Microsoft Excel. Skilled in organizing legal documents, maintaining confidential records, tracking deadlines, and preparing correspondence. Experienced in using Excel to manage data, maintain spreadsheets, perform calculations, and create reports. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare & submit customer proposals and quotes to secure sales.

· Identify potential projects for bids.

· Read & interpret bid specifications and requirements.

· Communicate with manufacturers and customers on specifications.

· Negotiate pricing and identify alternatives for products.

· Prepare & process purchase orders.

· Provide information to customers on order status or changes.

· Manage contracts and contract renewals for cities and states.

· Manage, organize, and update our network of bidding accounts.
