The Kielbasa Bus is heading to the 2026 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with multiple locations, and we're looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to join our team for one of the biggest motorcycle events in the world.
This is not your typical food service job. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment serving thousands of customers while experiencing one of America's most iconic events.
Employment Type
- Temporary / Seasonal
- Approximately 12–20 consecutive days during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
- Potential opportunities for future events with the Kielbasa Bus throughout the year
Pay
$15–$18 per hour
- Based on experience
- Performance bonuses may be available for exceptional team members
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food quickly while maintaining quality
- Operate fryer, grill, steam table, or prep station
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Restock inventory throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a high-energy team
- Help with setup and breakdown before and after shifts
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work long shifts in a busy environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous restaurant, food truck, catering, or festival experience is a plus—but not required
Schedule
Expect long, fast-paced days. The Sturgis Rally is one of the busiest events of the year, so flexibility and stamina are essential.
