Kidz Korner – The Pediatric Therapy SPOT is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Front Office Team Member to join our team!
This position is the first point of contact for our families and helps keep our busy pediatric therapy clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities include answering phones and texts, scheduling appointments, greeting families, managing referrals and patient information, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and supporting therapists and clinic operations.
The ideal candidate is positive, professional, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and great with children and families. Medical office or healthcare experience is preferred.
