- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and well-being.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar caregiving roles.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergency situations confidently.
- Familiarity with special education techniques and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a nurturing yet structured environment.
