Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Assist with classroom management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized attention to students
- Engage in toddler care and assist with preschool activities, promoting social and emotional development.
- Help prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher regarding individual student needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive educational experience for all students.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in early childhood education or preschool settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management are highly valued.
- A background in toddler care or experience working directly with young children is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
