Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in multi-media marketing to join our growing Marketing Team! Our full-time Marketing Specialist will work directly with our Executive Director of Innovation & Marketing to generate and manage corporate marketing initiatives, create cohesive communications across divisions, and aide with achieving our corporate marketing goals. Strong candidates will be do-ers who have a passion for getting projects to the finish line in the most effective way possible.

What You'll Do
- Create, produce, and manage various mixed media marketing content.
- Maintain and increase following on all social media platforms. This includes content creation for posts, posting schedules, and engagement monitoring.
- Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including Kidwell website, social media accounts, and emails.
- Work with internal Sales team on vendor supplied marketing campaigns.
- Capture jobsite and internal office staff images.
- Monitor Google Ad Management and online presence.
- Passion for storytelling and creating copy that embodies Kidwell values.
- Collaborate with all divisions at Kidwell to ensure that their marketing campaigns meet expectations and achieve their desired goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative product.
- Photography & Videography skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with a positive attitude and self-motivation
- An ability to effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, both internally and externally
