What You’ll Do
- - Partner with the HR Director and team to support key priorities, tasks and initiatives.
- - Assist with the talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
- - Represent Kidwell at recruitment events, including high school and college career fairs, to help build a strong talent pipeline.
- - Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and social gatherings across Omaha, Lincoln and other Kidwell locations.
- - Assist with wellness management and communications.
- - Serve as a general HR resource to the Omaha office, providing responsive support.
- - If fluent in Spanish, act as a Spanish-language liaison to support effective communication with Spanish-speaking candidates and employees.
- - Maintain HR records, assist with data entry, update policies and procedures and provide general administrative support to multiple departments.
- - Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team and business objectives.
- - Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relatable experience required.
- - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
- - Spanish proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills is a plus.
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach and positive attitude.
- - Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
