Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as an Indoor Playground Front Desk Attendant. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for families and children visiting our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families as they enter the playground, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Monitor the safety of children in the play area, enforcing rules and guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
• Engage with children and parents, offering support and information about our services and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and play spaces throughout the day.
• Assist with scheduling events or birthday parties, coordinating details with parents to ensure smooth operations.
• Support children with disabilities by providing appropriate accommodations and assistance during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging activities that promote childhood development and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development is highly desirable.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively handle diverse situations involving children.
• First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already held is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
• Experience in toddler care, infant care, or caregiving roles is beneficial.
