Responsibilities

- Promote and sell retail products, financial services, and retail lending options to meet individual customer goals.
- Handle cash transactions accurately by processing cash payments, managing the cash drawer, and performing cash management duties with precision.
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently using financial software and ensure all customer information is recorded correctly.
- Assist customers with loan processing and collections, providing clear explanations of loan terms and repayment options.
- Maintain the cash register’s accuracy by performing daily balancing, cash handling, and cashiering duties.
- Support store operations by performing basic math calculations for transactions, retail math tasks, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store environments is preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services enhances your ability to understand financial products and customer needs.
- Strong skills in basic math, 10 key typing, data entry, and processing cash transactions are essential for accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven customer service skills that demonstrate patience, professionalism, and active listening.
- Knowledge of retail lending processes, loan collections, cash handling procedures, and financial software tools is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
