KidsUnited is the leading brand in indoor youth soccer training located in Lyndhurst, NJ! We teach soccer to children 1.5-8 years old in a positive, fun, and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an experienced sales and customer service associate who is self-motivated, organized, and personable, with a drive for success and growth. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive membership growth by conducting new member enrollments
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking.
- Follow up with all leads via phone, text, and email
- Greet families and guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Assist with registration, scheduling, and inquiries
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience working the front desk at a gym strongly preferred
- Spanish-speaking bilingual strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality
- Excellent time management and organization
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation required
