In this important role, you will help ensure children arrive safely and comfortably while creating a positive, welcoming experience for the children and families we serve. If you have a pleasant demeanor, strong communication skills, and a heart for helping young children reach their fullest potential, we would love to meet you!
Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Arkansas driver's license
- Must meet all applicable driving and transportation requirements
- No previous experience is required-we are looking for dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
The ideal candidate will:
- Be dependable, responsible, and committed to safety
- Enjoy working with children from birth through age six
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families, coworkers, and leadership
- Maintain a calm, pleasant, and patient demeanor
- Follow written and verbal instructions carefully
- Stay organized and pay close attention to details
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment
- Use good judgment and common sense when addressing routine situations
- Possess basic computer and internet skills
- Read and understand instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications
- Complete basic mathematical calculations as needed
