• Develop and maintain referral partnerships throughout the Toledo area
• Represent Kids Thrive at community events and networking opportunities
• Conduct outreach and follow up with referral sources
• Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams to support program growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3 years' of sales or account management experience
