📋 What We’re Looking For
Minimum State Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (academic requirements met).
- Ability to pass a satisfactory background check.
- Physical energy to stand, bend, and engage with kids at their level.
Bonus Points (We Love to See It!):
- CDA, TCC, or Early Childhood Education credentials
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting
- First Aid / CPR Certification
- Strong communication skills and a cheerful, warm attitude!
