This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator based in Atlanta, GA. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for designing and implementing child-led learning activities, facilitating both structured and unstructured play, and supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners. Additional duties include maintaining an organized and inviting learning environment, collaborating with parents to ensure the success of the child’s learning journey, and fostering creativity and curiosity through tailored educational experiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Early Childhood Development and Working with Children
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging, child-focused activities
- Excellent Organization Skills for planning and maintaining a dynamic and safe learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for fostering curiosity and a love for learning in young children
