We are seeking Licensed Teachers to support our Illinois State Board of Education Preschool for All (PFA) Program! Our mission is to be a nurturing environment for young children trusted by parents. **Compensation: $45,000-$60,000/year**

** Nine-month contract, with option to work year-round! **

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and Illinois State Borad of Education Professional Educator License with ECE endorsement.

OR

• Bachelor's Degree and Gateways Level 5 Credential and willingness to enroll in an alternative licensure program.
• Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License in any field, and willingness to enroll in an alternative pathway to obtain Early Childhood Credentials

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Help build a future leader!

• Provide learning experiences in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, fine arts, foreign language, social-emotional development, and other subject matter suited to the needs of children.

• Develop and use instructional materials suitable for verbal or visual instruction of children with a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional maturities.

• Provide individual and small-group instruction designed to meet individual needs of children.

• Enrich educational program through study trips to community resources and through classroom visits. Share and interpret these experiences with children and parents.

• Communicate regularly with parents by means of parent meetings, newsletters, home visits, and individual parent conferences.

• Provide appropriate climate to establish and reinforce acceptable child behavior, attitudes, and social skills.
