Family Support Specialist

• Early Childhood & Family Center
• 2026-27 School Year
• 7 hrs/day - 181 days
• Salary range: 24.50 to 26.41 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field.
• Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Community Resources
• Ability to relate to staff, parents and community
• Ability to work independently
• Initiative and creativity in performing job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Serve as support for assigned classrooms.
• Serve as a liaison between Families, School and community resources.
• Coordinate Family Support Services and related staff.
• Conduct Home Visits, including PAT.
• Complete reports, records, and documentation as required by Director
• Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as assigned by Building Manager/Assistant and Director
