Through hands-on experiences in coding, robotics, engineering, computational thinking, artificial intelligence, and digital literacy, we equip young people with the skills to thrive in the future workforce.As we enter our next chapter - launching a public-facing STEM Innovation Lab in Boston's Seaport, expanding across multiple communities, and implementing our SPARK AmeriCorps program - we're seeking an exceptional operational leader to build the systems, people, and infrastructure that will support our continued growth.About the RoleThis is not a traditional operations position.The Director of Strategy & Operations serves as a senior organizational leader and strategic partner to the Founder & CEO.
