Lifeguard – Kids First Swim School
Location: Kids First Swim School
Position Type: Part-Time (with potential for additional hours)
About Us:
Kids First Swim School is dedicated to teaching children the skills and confidence they need to be safe in and around the water. Our team creates a positive, fun, and supportive environment where swimmers of all ages can learn and grow. We are currently looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers and staff
- Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Assist swim instructors and staff when needed
- Keep the pool deck organized and safe
- Communicate professionally with staff, parents, and swimmers
Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Certification (required)
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work with children
- Reliable and responsible team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- Previous lifeguarding or aquatic experience
